Automotive business in Gosport, Hampshire is seeking a hardworking and reliable Vehicle Valeter / Customer Assistant to join our team. We have both full-time and part-time positions available to suit your schedule.
This is a varied role combining hands-on vehicle detailing with front-of-house customer service and basic computer administration.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers face-to-face, discuss their requirements, and provide professional service.Pricing & Assessment: Evaluate vehicles on arrival to quote prices based on the car's size and level of cleanliness.
System Management: Accurately log vehicle details and customer bookings onto our digital system.
Valuing & Detailing: Perform deep cleaning on vehicle interiors and exteriors (washing, polishing, vacuuming, and shampooing) to a showroom finish.
Site Logistics: Safely move and park client or fleet vehicles around the local site.
