About Waverley
Waverley Education Foundation (WEF) is a Multi Academy Trust operating Waverley School and Waverley Studio College. With over 1,900 students, the Trust delivers high quality education and supports learning and leadership. Responsibilities
- Strategically manage clerical and administrative tasks related to examinations for primary, secondary and sixth‑form students.
- Provide oversight of external and internal assessments (mocks) for all year groups.
- Support the school with data management activities: preparing reports, extracting data, maintaining datasets, and providing access to leaders and staff.
- Work two weeks over the summer term to support exam results and enquiries.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to forge strong working relationships with staff and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of exam processes and data management best practices.
- Fluency in spoken English (Part 7 immigration requirement).
- Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check and meeting the person specification.
- Appreciation for diversity and inclusion – welcoming applicants of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, ethnicities and religions.
