We are looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Senior Housing Officer to lead our Housing Management team and help us deliver outstanding housing services across the Scottish Borders.
This is a key leadership role within our Housing Services team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Housing Officers.
- Drive high performance and service excellence.
- Support tenancy sustainment and community wellbeing.
- Manage complex tenancy, anti-social behaviour and customer service issues.
- Monitor performance and ensure compliance with housing legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to service improvement and strategic projects.
What we are looking for
- Significant experience in housing management within a social housing environment.
- Proven experience of leading or supervising teams.
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management, housing legislation and good practice.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
