We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Services Manager to lead our repairs, damp and mould, and disrepair services. This role is critical in ensuring our tenants and leaseholders receive a high-quality, customer-focused service that prioritises safety, wellbeing, and excellent standards of delivery.

As Property Services Manager, you will be responsible for driving robust performance across your service areas, providing clear leadership to internal teams and contractors, and ensuring all works are completed efficiently, effectively, and with a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction. You will also oversee contract management, ensuring compliance, value for money, and continuous improvement in service quality.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering positive outcomes for residents, confident in managing complex property-related issues, and able to influence performance through strong leadership and accountability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the repairs, damp & mould, and disrepair functions
  • Ensuring a proactive, resident-centred approach with clear outcomes

  • Driving performance improvement and robust service delivery standards
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and best practice

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
