We are looking for an experienced administrator with strong technology skills and the confidence to assess and evaluate information efficiently. Your work will focus on the administration of planning appeals, discharge of conditions and logging application responses. You will need to be able to prioritise your own workload to manage and provide administration in all parts of the planning process, particularly appeals. Attention to detail and the ability to meet targets will be very important to meet the variable requirements set by the Planning Inspectorate.
As a Planning Technician, you will ensure all submitted information meets national and local legislation requirements and be responsible for completing notification, consultation and appropriate advertisement of applications. You will accurately record all data and maintain databases in line with Data Protection legislation and guidance.
