You will play a pivotal role in supporting demand generation, campaign performance, and data quality across our systems. You will report to the Web Development Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end webinar execution process, including scheduling, promotion, attendee communications, live-session support, and post-event follow-up.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to use webinars as a scalable and repeatable lead-generation channel.
  • Track and analyse webinar performance, including attendance, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Ensure webinar insights feed into campaign reporting, attribution models, and follow-up workflows.
  • HubSpot marketing & data operations - Act as the team’s HubSpot specialist, staying up to date with new features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Support the team in maintaining high discipline around agreed HubSpot procedures, including list management, workflow compliance, and data hygiene.
  • Assist in campaign tracking, lead-source attribution, segmentation, dashboarding, and marketing reporting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - Develop and implement SEO strategies that improve keyword rankings, traffic quality, and domain authority.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimisation.
  • Monitor performance via Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEO platforms.
  • Provide optimisation recommendations for blogs, landing pages, and product content.
  • SharePoint & content coordination - Support the organisation and maintenance of SharePoint marketing assets.
  • Improve content structure, tagging, and accessibility within SharePoint.
  • General digital marketing support - Assist in building and managing landing pages, email campaigns, and content uploads.
  • Support campaign execution across paid, social, email, and website channels.
  • Provide regular reporting and performance insights.
  • Support with email signatures.

Skills & experience - essential

  • Experience in digital marketing, ideally within an IT, SaaS, or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience delivering webinars or virtual events.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and tools.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable using SharePoint.
  • Data-driven mindset with reporting experience.

  • Basic HTML/CSS or CMS experience.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with lead generation workflows and attribution models.
  • Industry Background: Experience in IT, cyber security, and/or telecoms, including working with third-party partners and suppliers.
  • Communication Skills: Strong spelling, grammar, copywriting, and proofreading skills, with the creativity to craft standout messaging.
  • Organised and Proactive: Process-driven with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach to initiating and delivering campaigns.
