About the Role

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers over the phone, promoting Wavenet’s full portfolio of cutting‑edge technology solutions. Your goal will be to secure high‑quality, qualified sales meetings, driving new business opportunities and expansion within our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work towards clear and focused KPIs aligned with sales and marketing goals
  • Follow up on campaigns and business development opportunities
  • Support account managers in identifying growth areas
  • Assist in planning and strategising campaigns using HubSpot data
  • Speak with decision‑makers daily and uncover buying signals
  • Build pipeline by collecting competitor contract end dates
  • Book and oversee sales meetings with potential clients
  • Collaborate with key technology vendors for call‑out days and initiatives
  • Continuously develop your knowledge through Wavenet’s Sales Academy

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in telephone sales or customer service (preferred but not essential)
  • A track record of working to and exceeding targets
  • Strong IT skills, including Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive telephone manner
  • Ability to build rapport and develop strong customer relationships
  • Organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
