As a Project Manager at Wavenet, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that align with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Allocate and coordinate resources across multiple, simultaneous projects
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, internal teams, and clients
- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Conduct regular project updates and status meetings with senior management
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and company quality standards

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager who brings both strategic insight and hands-on experience to the table. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:
Education & Experience- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing complex projects, with a strong track record of delivering results on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, along with hands-on experience using project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred and highly regarded.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing project schedules, resources, and deliverables concurrently.
