- Monitoring and maintaining Datto and Veeam backup solutions to ensure consistent, successful backups
- Performing routine backup validation and recovery testing
- Onboarding customers to Proactive Services, including Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM), Patch Management, Datto SaaS Protection, and Datto BCDR
- Monitoring, renewing, and applying SSL certificates
- Creating scripts and automated tasks (e.g., PowerShell) to improve efficiency, consistency, and reliability
We value skills, curiosity, and a growth mindset over ticking every box. If you meet most of the criteria below, we encourage you to apply.
Required Experience & Skills
- 1+ year of experience in an IT support or operations role
- Experience working with RMM platforms and alert management
- Solid understanding of Windows Server and Windows Workstation environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills and a commitment to following best practices and processes
Nice To Have (But Not Essential)
- Hands-on experience with patch management tools, particularly ManageEngine
- Experience managing or troubleshooting Datto and Veeam backup solutions
- Familiarity with firewall firmware updates and network patching
- Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell or similar)
