Wavenet is a managed services provider specialising in cybersecurity, communications and connectivity solutions. We are looking for an experienced Revenue Assurance Manager to join our growing team in Canterbury.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse team of 5 (4 remote and 1 office-based).
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Revenue Assurance function.
- Maximise revenue opportunities through detailed analysis of billing systems.
- Manage supplier invoice reconciliations against the Symbill Billing System.
- Enhance data integrity to improve profit reporting and business decisionâmaking.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Oversee purchase invoice approvals via Concur and investigate Cost of Sale invoices without purchase orders.
- Streamline and improve revenue analysis processes and Management Information reporting.
- Reduce errors and credit notes by proactively identifying issues before invoicing.
- Improve billing timeliness through accurate supplier reconciliations.
- Ensure clear product naming conventions and customerâfriendly billing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in Revenue Assurance over an extended period, preferably in telecommunications or financial services.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing diverse teams.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualisation tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problemâsolving and communication skills.
- Inâdepth knowledge of revenue assurance processes, controls and best practices.
- Familiarity with telecom billing systems and industry regulations is highly desirable.
- Detailâoriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
