As the Deputy Billing Manager, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the Billing Manager. This specialised role focuses on billing processes rather than general administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Billing Manager in daily operations.
  • Prepare, generate, and distribute customer invoices.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and customer account information.
  • Respond to internal and external billing queries promptly.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve invoice issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Prepare billing reports and perform data analysis.
  • Conduct daily traffic checks to identify usage fluctuations.
  • Monitor billing cycles and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Billing team.
Qualifications:

We seek a customer-focused multitasker with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset. Experience in billing administration is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or finance support role (billing experience preferred).
