This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our Billing team. As a Billing Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting billing operations, ensuring accuracy, resolving queries, and helping to deliver a seamless customer experience. You’ll work closely with the Billing Manager and wider business, contributing to efficient processes and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the day-to-day billing operations alongside the Head of MRR Billing & Contracts
  • Preparing, generating and distributing accurate customer invoices
  • Maintaining and updating billing records and account information
  • Investigating and resolving billing queries and discrepancies
  • Performing daily traffic checks to identify unusual usage patterns
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Delivery) to ensure billing accuracy
  • Assisting with billing reports, analysis and reconciliation activities
  • Monitoring billing cycles and helping ensure key deadlines are met
  • Identifying recurring issues and driving process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role (billing experience desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
