We’re hiring a Desk‑Based Account Manager (SME) to join our team in Manchester (Old Trafford). This is an office‑based, commercially focused role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of SME customers (10–50 employees), driving both account growth and retention.

Key responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage and develop your account base
  • Consistently reach out to active customers, building strong relationships and ensuring all accounts are engaged and progressed each quarter
  • Identify, build, and convert revenue opportunities across your accounts
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver against monthly targets
  • Work cross‑functionally to deliver the right outcomes for your customers

This is a hands‑on, outbound‑led account management role — success comes from activity, ownership, and consistency.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Based in or able to commute to Manchester (Old Trafford)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Early‑stage Account Manager or SDR looking to step into a full account ownership role
  • Coachable, proactive, and comfortable speaking with customers daily
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly
  • Exposure to tech, SaaS, telecoms, or sales is beneficial but not essential
  • No degree or extensive experience required — attitude, consistency, and drive matter more.
