Wavenet in Farnborough is looking for a Technical Support professional to ensure operational excellence in their Business Recovery Centre. Candidates will be responsible for customer support during rehearsals and invocations, coordinating service implementations, and maintaining site functionalities including infrastructure and compliance with security policies.

The role requires participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota, and strong technical and customer service skills are essential.
