We are working with a well‑established and respected Milton Keynes firm of Chartered Accountants seeking an ACA or ACCA qualified Audit & Accounts Senior to join their expanding team. The Opportunity
You will work with a diverse client base ranging from owner‑managed businesses to larger groups with turnovers up to £250m. The portfolio includes statutory and specialist audits across sectors such as pensions, solicitors, charities and academies, offering both technical variety and commercial exposure.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading audits from planning through to completion
- Preparing statutory and consolidated accounts under FRS 102
- Preparing Corporation Tax and business tax computations
- Producing management accounts
- Supporting ad hoc assignments including business plans, cash flow forecasting and valuations
- Supervising and reviewing junior team members
- Drafting post‑audit management recommendations
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified with at least three years’ UK practice experience
- Strong audit and accounts background
- Comfortable managing client relationships
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience with ProAudit, CCH, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero or Alphatax advantageous
