A growing independent accountancy firm in Northamptonshire is looking to appoint a Tax Director to support the continued development of its advisory offering.

Working closely with the existing Partner, this role will suit someone who enjoys client-facing advisory work and wants to play a key role in strengthening and expanding an already established tax function.

The Opportunity

This is a senior position within the firm's leadership structure, with a strong focus on advisory work across a varied client base of owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals. You will work alongside an experienced Tax Partner, contributing to the development of the advisory offering while supporting the wider team and maintaining high standards of client delivery. What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting and delivering complex tax advisory work across corporate and personal tax
  • Acting as a key point of contact for a portfolio of established clients

  • Identifying opportunities to add value within the existing client base
