Wave Works is seeking a hands-on Senior Python Backend Engineer to embed with our core engineering team, building production systems for enterprise customers across Europe.

The role is fully remote within the UK and will own backend end-to-end from architecture to production.

You will design and ship production services, optimize data models, and ensure deployment and observability.

This position partners with founders and senior engineers in a fast-paced, remote environment.
