WAVE Trauma Centre are recruiting for a Lead Caseworker x 2, Mother and Baby, Magdalene Laundries and Workhouses (MBMLW).
The postholder will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager to manage a team and working directly with those impacted by Mother and Baby Institutions, Magdalene Laundries and Workhouses (MBMLW) in a pro-active and innovative way within the statutory, community and voluntary sectors. This work will be underpinned by WAVE's protocols, policies and procedures.
Salary: Β£36,363 per annum
Location: 1 post will be based in Belfast
1 post will be based in either Armagh, Belfast, Derry/Londonderry, or Omagh
Hours of Work: 37.5hrs per week
Monday to Thursday 9.00am β 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am 4.30pm
1 day work from home
Some unsocial hours will be required dependent on centre/organisational activities
WAVE is committed to the support, training and development of its staff and volunteer team. The organisation offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package for the post holder to include: 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) and 11 statutory days. A training and development programme and employee support package are also in place, with the organisation giving an 8% pension contribution, with no employee contribution required.
