WAVE Trauma Centre in Belfast is recruiting an HR Business Partner based at our Belfast Centre. The post holder will work within the dedicated, professional people-centred human resources team, supporting the Head of Human Resources to ensure best practice people management and development across the organisation.
The role focuses on compliant HR policies, systems and practices aligned with our values; hours are 37.5 per week with a pattern Mon-Thu 9.00am–5.00pm and Fri 9.00am–4.30pm.
