Overview
WAVE Trauma Centre is recruiting for a HR Business Partner based in our Belfast Centre. The post holder will work as part of the dedicated, professional people-centred human resources team. Working closely with the Head of Human Resources, the post holder will ensure WAVE maintains best practice people management and development throughout the organisation, helping to ensure that HR policies, systems and practices are compliant, effective and aligned with organisational values.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Human Resources and HR team to ensure best practice people management and development across the organisation.

Salary and hours
Salary: Β£42,839 per annum
Hours of Work: 37.5hrs per week
Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 9.00am β 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am β 4.30pm
