WAVE Trauma Centre are recruiting for a HR Business Partner based in our Belfast Centre. The post holder will work as part of the dedicated, professional people-centred human resources team. Working closely with the Head of Human Resources, the post holder will ensure WAVE maintains best practice people management and development throughout the organisation, helping to ensure that HR policies, systems and practices are compliant, effective and aligned with organisational values.

Salary: £42,839 per annum

Location: 4 Chichester Park Central, Belfast, BT15 5DU

Hours of Work: 37.5hrs per week Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am 4.30pm

WAVE is committed to the support, training and development of its staff and volunteer team. The organisation offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package for the post holder to include:

  • 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) and 11 statutory days.
  • A training and development programme and employee support package.
  • An 8% pension contribution, with no employee contribution required.
