WAVE Trauma Centre are recruiting for a Centre Manager based in our Belfast Centre. This role is rooted in WAVE’s core values of Empowerment, Inclusivity, Equality, Accountability, Respect, and Partnership. The postholder will be expected to embody, champion and promote these values in all aspects of leadership, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all interactions reflect WAVE’s commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred care.
The postholder will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Centre and the activities delivered at this location.
- Salary: £42,839 per annum
- Location: 5 Chichester Park South, Belfast, BT15 5DW
- Hours of Work: 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am 4.30pm, 1 day work from home
Due to the nature of the role, the post holder may be required to work evenings and weekends on an occasional basis to meet operational needs.
WAVE is committed to the support, training and development of its staff and volunteer team. The organisation offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package for the post holder to include: 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) and 11 statutory days. A training and development programme and employee support package are also in place, with the organisation giving an 8% pension contribution, with no employee contribution required.
