Wave Trauma Centre is recruiting for an Administrator based in our Belfast Centre. The postholder will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Project Manager, CEO and centre staff under the direction of the Lead Administrator. They will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and provide excellent customer service.

Salary: £26,824 per annum

Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs per week

  • Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-5pm
  • Tuesday 12:30pm-8:30pm
  • Friday 9am-4:30pm

Due to the nature of the role, the post holder will be required to work one evening per week.
