This is an opportunity to join a small, high-calibre engineering team where you’ll own meaningful parts of the product and help shape systems and architecture while they are still evolving.
Responsibilities- Building and shipping product features used by real customers
- Turning ambiguous product problems into scalable, working software
- Owning parts of the platform end-to-end across frontend and backend
- Improving performance, structure, and reliability as part of day-to-day delivery
- Working closely with product and leadership to shape solutions and priorities
- Making pragmatic trade-offs between speed and long-term quality
- Contributing to engineering standards and system design as the platform evolves
- Strong product-minded engineering experience in modern web environments
- Experience working across frontend and backend systems
- Commercial experience with stacks similar to React / Next.js / Python / SQL / cloud infrastructure
- Comfortable working in environments where problems are not fully specified
- Experience operating in start-up or high-growth product teams
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to execute independently
- Based in London and happy working hybrid
Data & Infra: SQL, GCP
CI/CD: testing, and code review as standard engineering practice
