I\’m working on a genuinely interesting product focused engineering role with a fast growing AI driven data platform operating in one of the largest global financial markets.This is not a maintenance heavy environment. The team are building real systems from scratch APIs data pipelines automation and ML driven features that directly influence how customers make high value decisions.The role sits within a strong cross functional squad where engineers collaborate closely with product data and domain experts. You would be contributing as a senior individual contributor designing systems mentoring others and shaping technical direction while still staying hands on with code.Tech wise the environment is heavily Python led with FastAPI and Flask strong typing PostgreSQL at the core and AWS serverless across the platform.
