Growth Marketer / Growth Hacker

AI Product SaaS start-up is building an AI-native product for product managers and technical teams – think \\\”spec kit in the cloud\\\” rather than yet another code-focused tool. They\’re looking for their first full-time Growth Marketer / Growth Hacker to own experiments across content, outbound and automation.

You will:

• Ideate, test and scale growth experiments across channels
• Create high-quality content (posts, demo videos, campaigns) around our product
• Run outbound using tools like Lemlist / Apollo and refine templates & targeting
• Build and monitor automations, landing pages and simple flows using AI tools
• Work directly with our founder to help us get from 0 paying users to 1,000 by September

You are:

• 2–5 years into your career, with hands-on growth or performance marketing experience
• Used to early-stage startups: ambiguity, shipping fast, learning from data
• Comfortable with modern tooling (AI tools, outbound platforms, no-/low-code)
• Creative, analytical, and happy to own outcomes end-to-end

Role details:

• Hybrid – 2 days/week near King\’s Cross, London
• Salary: approx. £55–80k depending on experience
• Equity available for the right person Interested
