If you’re interested in companies where you join early enough to shape both product and engineering culture, this is a rare opportunity to do so.
A recently funded fintech startup is building modern infrastructure to simplify global outbound payments for businesses, an area still dominated by slow, fragmented systems. They’ve just raised a ~$10m Seed round and are now hiring their first two founding engineers to work directly with the founders and help build the platform from the ground up.
This is a true 0 to 1 engineering role where speed, ownership, and product thinking matter.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Build core product features from scratch
- Design and scale backend systems handling financial workflows
- Work across the stack with a strong TypeScript focus
- Help shape early engineering practices and architecture
The team is intentionally small and execution-focused. You’ll have direct impact on product direction, infrastructure decisions, and how the company scales. This will suit engineers who enjoy high ownership, ambiguity, and building real systems from day one rather than joining something already mature.
If you’re curious about joining a fintech right at the beginning, drop me a message.
