I’m partnering with a well funded, early stage AI x cybersecurity startup that’s tackling one of the messiest problems in modern engineering: how to use AI agents to cut through noise and drive real decisions in production systems. This is not a “keep the lights on” backend role. This is a core product, high ownership, build it properly from day one kind of opportunity.

What you’ll actually be doing
- Designing and building backend systems (Python-led) that support AI agent workloads
- Owning features end to end, from design through to deployment and iteration
- Integrating LLMs and ML components into robust, production ready services
- Thinking deeply about performance, reliability, and security from day one
- Working closely with product and design in a fast moving, no nonsense team
