We're partnering with an ambitious early-stage AI startup building an agentic platform for the $3T commercial insurance market.
Already live with paid pilots across some of the world's top 10 insurance brokers, they're looking for a Founding FDE to work directly with enterprise customers, understand complex problems and build AI solutions that take them from concept to production.
What you'll be doing
- Working directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and technical challenges
- Identifying opportunities to automate complex processes using AI agents
- Building bespoke AI-powered solutions, integrations and workflows
- Taking projects from initial discovery through to deployment in live customer environments
- Working closely with customers to iterate and improve solutions
- Feeding insights back into the core product to shape its development
What they're looking for
- Strong hands-on software engineering experience, ideally Python and TypeScript
- Experience building and shipping production software
- Exposure to LLMs, AI agents and AI-powered applications
- Strong API integration and backend engineering skills
- Someone comfortable working directly with customers and translating business problems into code
- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys owning problems end-to-end
