An exciting opportunity for an AI Graduate or early-career AI professional to join a growing organisation and play a hands-on role in shaping how Artificial Intelligence is used across the business.
This is a newly created position, rather than a traditional IT support role. You’ll work closely with Management and teams across Project Management, Estimating, Technical, Quantity Surveying, Accounts and Operations to identify where AI can improve efficiency, productivity and decision-making.
The longer-term opportunity is particularly interesting: help the organisation define its AI strategy and roadmap, then actually execute it.

- Improve data collection, analysis and process monitoring

Who we're looking for
Ideally, you'll be a recent graduate in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline, with a genuine interest in applying AI to real-world business problems.
Experience with Python, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, Power BI or BIM would be useful but isn't essential. More important is that you're analytical, curious, proactive and confident enough to work with different teams, understand how they operate and suggest better ways of doing things.
You'll need to be comfortable working independently, communicating with stakeholders and taking ownership of ideas from initial concept through to implementation.
