Job Description
Senior Corporate Counsel
A leading technology services firm with operations in the UK and Ireland is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support its legal, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. The role is central to delivering legal advice across strategic initiatives, contract negotiation, and legal team leadership.
You will report to the Associate General Counsel and lead on high-value commercial contracts, provide legal counsel on regulatory issues, and manage junior members of the legal team. This role is office-based in central London.
