About the Role
As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will be at the forefront of the company’s BPS growth strategy, playing a critical role in new logo acquisition and strategic expansion of services across existing accounts. Aligned to either the CMI (Communications, Media & Information Services) or CBG/Life Sciences verticals, you will identify key business opportunities, engage senior stakeholders, and lead the solutioning and bid process in collaboration with internal teams across the UK, Europe, and India.
This is a high-impact, senior sales role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll be expected to lead conversations with CXOs, respond to complex RFPs, and design tailored BPS offerings that solve real-world business challenges in finance, HR, supply chain, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the BPS go-to-market strategy for your assigned sector (CMI or CBG/Life Sciences)
- Drive the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract closure
- Respond to formal RFPs and design strategic BPS solutions that resonate with client challenges
- Collaborate with internal Client Partners to expand BPS/BPO presence in existing accounts
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships including CXO-level contacts
- Maintain sales pipelines using company CRM and reporting tools
- Leverage global delivery teams to build competitive, scalable, and differentiated solutions
- Represent the organisation in sector-specific business development activities
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 12+ years’ experience in Business Process Services (BPS/BPO) sales-related roles
- Proven ability to win and grow BPS/BPO deals across finance, HR, supply chain, or customer experience
- Strong track record in strategic solution selling and RFP response
- Experience working in large IT Services or BPS/BPO organisations
- Experience working in hybrid, multi-country delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills at senior level
- Consultative approach with strong commercial awareness
- Knowledge of analytics platforms and enterprise BPS tooling (desirable)
- Degree qualified (preferred)
