We’re partnering with a leading global technology and consulting organisation to find an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth within the healthcare sector.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across Public Sector Healthcare. You’ll develop strategic sales plans, build senior stakeholder relationships (including C-suite), and lead complex, high-value deals using a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline within Public Sector Healthcare
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned to market opportunities
  • Identify and shape new business opportunities, creating compelling propositions
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships across key accounts
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, solution, and partner teams throughout the sales lifecycle
  • Ensure effective use of governance, reporting, and pipeline management tools

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Proven track record selling Health-Tech and/or IT services into UK&I healthcare
  • Strong understanding of Health & Social Care, procurement routes, and regulations
  • Experience with consultative / solution-led sales approaches
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market trends and emerging tech
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience shaping and closing complex deals
  • Ability to work across distributed teams and manage multiple stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Experience working specifically with Public Sector Healthcare organisations
