We are supporting a globally recognised Tier 1 technology and consulting firm in appointing an HR Business Partner to support a major automotive client account.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives aligned with organisational objectives. This is a hands-on role covering employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and wider employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities- Support business leaders with HR strategies and workforce plans
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance management and exits
- Support employee relations matters and advise managers on HR policies
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and staffing teams to fulfil recruitment requirements
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, company policies and GDPR
- Support employee engagement and learning and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR data and provide reports and insights to stakeholders
- Experience as an HR Advisor, People Advisor, HR Generalist or junior HR Business Partner
- Good understanding of employee relations and the full employee lifecycle
- Experience supporting recruitment, staffing and onboarding processes
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, matrix organisation
- Experience within technology, IT services, automotive, engineering or manufacturing would be advantageous
