Compliance Monitoring Manager / Expert
Our client is a regulated outsourcing services provider, authorised by the FCA and part of a leading global IT services group. They deliver front-to-back office services for major pension and investment firms across the UK.
This is a new and high-impact compliance role focused on monitoring regulatory risks, developing action plans, and supporting regulatory oversight in a fast-scaling environment. You\’ll lead core strategic workstreams and guide both UK and offshore compliance teams.
- Experience in Compliance Monitoring for retail investments and/or pensions
- Strong understanding of FCA regulatory environment
- Ability to manage staff and mentoring junior team members
- Effective in conducting risk assessments and control reviews
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with CASS or suitability of advice reviews
Salary: £70,000 – £100,000 Basic + Benefits + Bonus (dependant on grade)
