Are you an experienced ServiceNow sales professional with a passion for building strategic partnerships and driving growth? We’re working with a leading global technology and transformation consultancy looking to expand its ServiceNow practice across the UK & Ireland. This is a high-impact role focused on developing partner-led opportunities and accelerating licence revenue through strong ecosystem collaboration.
The Opportunity:
As a Partner Sales Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with the ServiceNow partner ecosystem. You’ll work closely with internal sales, pre-sales, and external partners to build pipeline, co-sell, and win strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive partner-led sales opportunities across the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Manage the full partner sales lifecycle: engagement → alignment → pursuit → closure → expansion
- Build and execute short- and long-term growth strategies for ServiceNow licensing
- Collaborate with sales, account, and pre-sales teams to generate new opportunities
- Develop and position bundled solutions combining services, licences, AI & automation
- Support joint pitches and client engagements alongside partners
- Work across global teams to deliver timely and high-quality client responses
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow products and partner ecosystem
- 10–12 years’ experience across IT and sales within a global systems integrator or similar
- Proven track record in partner-led sales motions (5+ years)
- Experience contributing to enterprise digital transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and solution-selling capability
Desirable:
- Experience positioning Service Provider solutions
- Ability to propose innovative, alternative solutions to clients
- Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
