An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Industry Sales Director to join a growing IoT & Digital Engineering practice focused on the Manufacturing sector.

We are looking for a commercially driven leader with a strong background in consulting sales, digital engineering, smart manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 solutions across sectors including Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Industrial Machinery, and Chemicals.

  • Drive strategic growth across Product Engineering, R&D, Digital Manufacturing, and IT/OT transformation services.
  • Develop and win large consulting and transformation opportunities.
  • Build strong CXO-level relationships across manufacturing organisations.
  • Cross-sell and expand existing client accounts while securing new logos.
  • Proven experience in consulting sales, pre-sales, or solution sales within Manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Engineering, Smart Manufacturing, Digital Twins, Industrial IoT, Edge-to-Cloud technologies, and Connected Enterprise solutions.
  • Experience working with technology ecosystems such as Siemens, Dassault, PTC, Aveva, Rockwell, IBM, Nvidia, or major cloud providers.
  • Strong track record of pipeline generation, deal shaping, and large transformation wins.
  • Around 15+ years’ experience with at least 5 years focused on manufacturing consulting sales.
