This is a rare opportunity to join a privately owned residential developer with a growing portfolio of high-quality housing developments across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. This is an ideal next step for an ambitious Architectural Assistant ready to leave the traditional practice environment and get closer to the hear of the decision-making and build process. I\’m looking for someone with prior experience working on residential schemes, someone who understands the practicalities of design delivery and is now ready to bring that knowledge in-house, contributing directly to the evolution of projects from concept to completion. With support from an experienced team, you will be nurtured, learning on the job and assisting the wider design and technical team in administrative duties, site visits, compiling H&S files, O+H manuals for example. More importantly, I\’m looking for someone who has the hunger and desire to be part of something longer term and someone who is looking to progress their career moving forward.
