A pioneering automotive brand is entering the UK market and looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to build and lead the operational core of its UK sales function. What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading sales planning across production, dealer stocking, and prioritisation
  • Managing performance forecasting across all sales channels
  • Overseeing logistics and vehicle registration requirements (in line with SMMT and regulatory bodies)
  • Driving dealer network performance through data-driven strategies
  • Collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams across the UK, Europe, and Asia
  • Owning the production planning cycle, demonstrator programme, and financial tracking
  • Leading a small, high-performing team

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in automotive Sales Operations
  • Strong grasp of forecasting, vehicle registration frameworks, and ownership structures
  • Sharp numerical skills and Excel/database fluency
