Location: Central Office, St Austell, PL25 4FD

Hours: 37 per week. Fixed Term Contract until 19.01.2027. Expected start date: 19.01.2026. Vacancy closes in 24 days at 23:59 GMT.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with expense and overtime checks.
  • Process Teachers’ Pension and Local Government Pension Scheme returns.
  • Maintain compliance with education sector requirements.
  • Handle queries, data input, and routine correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support schools across the Trust in payroll administration.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Organised and professional approach.
  • Experience or knowledge of payroll processes in the education sector preferred.
  • Valid DBS check (satisfactory enhanced DBS required).
