Our client is one of the fastest-growing SaaS platforms in the HR and workforce tech space, profitable, bootstrapped, and a Sunday Times Best Place to Work in 2025. They've evolved well beyond their original product into a full-stack platform used by recruiters globally, with CRM, AI-powered workflows, an integrated dialer, and more in active development.

The design team is small, senior, and deeply embedded in the product process. This hire matters, the platform is scaling fast across multiple product streams, and the team needs someone who can keep pace with it.

The team currently has two senior designers covering three product streams. This is a newly created role to support sustained product velocity as the platform grows. You'll work closely with PMs and engineers across multiple product areas, contributing to a design system that's actively evolving and shaping user experiences that recruiters rely on daily. This isn't a role for someone who wants to be handed polished specs. You'll be involved from discovery through delivery, with real influence on how the product looks, feels, and works.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing across multiple product areas - CRM, outreach, dialer, AI notetaker - from discovery through to production-ready UI
  • Working closely with PMs and engineers as part of a tight-knit product trio
  • Contributing to and evolving the design system as the platform scales
  • Bringing strong UX thinking to complex workflow problems - functionality first, aesthetics second
  • Collaborating with the design team to maintain consistency and quality across a fast-moving product

What you'll bring:

  • 2–3 years of solid B2B product design experience
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both strong UX thinking and high-quality visual design
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments where things move quickly
  • Experience with or exposure to design systems - ideally from a more mature product environment
  • AI tool familiarity is a plus, but the fundamentals matter more

What makes this role worth doing:

The product is genuinely loved by its users, consistently top-rated on G2, and the team building it is tight-knit, high-trust, and moving fast. You'll join at a moment of real expansion, with the scope to grow alongside the product and influence how design scales within the business. The work is visible, the team is strong, and the culture is one people stay for.
