About the Role

You will play a key role in shaping how experiences connect across a leading UK digital bank. Your work will help create a more consistent, intuitive experience for customers wherever they interact with the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Designing seamless experiences that cut across multiple products
  • Spotting opportunities to improve journeys and drive consistency
  • Balancing immediate product needs with longer-term experience thinking
  • Collaborating closely with product, engineering and design teams
  • Supporting and line managing at least one designer

Required Skills

  • Comfortable working in complex, ambiguous spaces and helping define direction
  • Enjoys thinking across systems and connecting the dots between teams and products
  • Strong judgement — able to balance consistency with flexibility
  • Cares about craft, with strong UX thinking and polished UI execution
  • Has managed or meaningfully supported other designers
  • Confident working autonomously and influencing stakeholders
