About the Role
You will play a key role in shaping how experiences connect across a leading UK digital bank. Rather than focusing on a single product area, you will work across the organisation, designing the journeys and features that span multiple products — including payments, customer engagement, and shared experiences such as an AI assistant. Your work will help create a more consistent, intuitive experience for customers wherever they interact with the brand.
Responsibilities
- Designing seamless experiences that cut across multiple products
- Spotting opportunities to improve journeys and drive consistency
- Balancing immediate product needs with longer-term experience thinking
- Collaborating closely with product, engineering and design teams
- Supporting and line managing at least one designer
