Data sits at the centre of this organisation’s strategy, powering customer-facing SaaS products, advanced analytics, AI capabilities and internal decision-making. We’re looking for 2 Data Engineers to play a key role in evolving an already mature modern data stack into something genuinely best-in-class. You’ll operate in a fast-moving environment alongside product, analytics and engineering teams, contributing directly to datasets and data products used across AI initiatives and customer-facing platforms. These are high-impact roles with real influence over architecture, standards and delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design, build and maintain robust data pipelines, products and services that power analytics, AI and external features.
  • Partner with business domains to understand requirements and translate them into well-modelled, high-quality datasets.
  • Apply modern data management principles and industry best practice proactively.
  • Design and optimise scalable data solutions, balancing performance, cost and reliability.
  • Monitor and resolve data quality and performance issues, ensuring consistent, well-governed outputs.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to roadmap definition, shaping deliverables in ambiguous environments and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Coach and support colleagues, raising engineering standards across the wider team.

Must have requirements:

  • Cloud - ideally AWS.
  • Strong SQL and Python dbt experience for transformation and modelling.
  • Orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.
  • Infrastructure-as-code (ideally with Terraform).
  • Experience with relational databases.

Nice to haves:

  • Modern cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake or equivalent).
  • Fivetran or similar.
  • Containerisation and CI/CD experience.
  • DataOps practices.
  • Large-scale processing frameworks such as Spark.
  • Exposure to AI/MLOps concepts.

Please note: VISA sponsorship is NOT available for these roles.
