Location: Remote, with 1 day per week in the office required (2 days preferred during probation)
About the Company: This is a product-led SaaS business in the recruitment technology space. The company has expanded beyond its original core product into a broader workflow platform, with multiple tools supporting recruiters across their day-to-day work. With continued growth across the product function, they are now hiring a midweight Product Manager / Product Owner profile to support established senior product leaders and take ownership of execution across key product areas.
Role: This is a hands-on product role focused less on top-level strategy and more on the day-to-day work that helps product teams move quickly and effectively. You’ll work closely with senior Product Managers, engineers and designers, owning feature delivery and helping shape solutions through customer contact, delivery coordination and product discovery activities.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Running customer conversations and feeding insight back into product work
- Writing tickets and shaping requirements for delivery
- Collaborating with designers on prototypes and feature development
- Owning features from discovery through to release
- Supporting senior Product Managers who retain broader strategic ownership
- Gradually building exposure to roadmap and strategy work
What They’re Looking For:
- Around 2–3 years’ experience in product, product ownership, or a closely related role
- At least 1 year in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or other fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working at pace and adapting quickly
- Strong customer instincts and willingness to speak directly with users
- Organised, proactive and delivery-oriented
- Likely a strong fit for a Product Owner looking to move further into Product Management

Salary & Progression: £50,000–£70,000, depending on experience and potential. The range is intentionally broad enough to accommodate candidates with different levels of readiness.
