PMO Director

Working pattern: Hybrid, 2 days per week in office.

Contract length: Initial 6-12 months.

We’re supporting an upcoming Enterprise PMO build for a major organisation.

This is a greenfield opportunity to help shape and establish a central PMO capability across multiple work streams, bringing structure, governance, and visibility into delivery demand across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Help establish and mobilise a new Enterprise PMO capability.
  • Create structure, governance, and reporting across multiple work streams.
  • Build an enterprise-wide view of demand across resource needs,
  • Identify resourcing gaps, overlaps, and deployment opportunities across delivery activity.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape how the function should evolve over time.
  • Required experience
  • Proven experience operating at PMO director/leadership level.
  • Strong background setting up or reshaping PMO functions
  • Strong governance, planning, reporting, and resource visibility capability.
  • Comfortable working across complex stakeholder groups and multiple delivery teams.
