We’re supporting an upcoming Enterprise PMO build for a major organisation.
This is a greenfield opportunity to help shape and establish a central PMO capability across multiple work streams, bringing structure, governance, and visibility into delivery demand across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Help establish and mobilise a new Enterprise PMO capability.
- Create structure, governance, and reporting across multiple work streams.
- Build an enterprise-wide view of demand across resource needs,
- Identify resourcing gaps, overlaps, and deployment opportunities across delivery activity.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape how the function should evolve over time.
- Required experience
- Proven experience operating at PMO director/leadership level.
- Strong background setting up or reshaping PMO functions
- Strong governance, planning, reporting, and resource visibility capability.
- Comfortable working across complex stakeholder groups and multiple delivery teams.
