We’re partnering with a London-based technology company hiring a Head of Technology! They build and scale digital products and platforms, working across a range of customers and product environments. The team operates in small, cross-functional groups with a strong focus on ownership and engineering quality. This role is for someone who enjoys shaping how systems are built and influencing technical direction across multiple teams.
What you will be doing:
- Setting technical direction across multiple teams and workstreams
- Working with stakeholders to shape solutions from early stages through to delivery
- Supporting technical scoping, planning and architectural decisions
- Developing and mentoring senior engineers and technical leaders
- Contributing to technical discussions and solution design for new initiatives
- Helping structure teams and guide delivery across different product areas
