We're an AI startup less than a year old, already generating significant recurring revenue and backed by a strong seed round. We're a team of 15; engineers, salespeople, and founders based across London and Scandinavia. We sell into mid-market finance teams at companies in logistics, wholesale, and distribution.
What you'll actually do:
- You'll be our first and only marketer. No team to hand things off to.
- You'll own demand generation end-to-end — from content and events to paid ads and web with a meaningful annual budget and direct access to the founders.
- If you like to build, test, and ship, keep reading.
Who we're looking for:
- 4–12 years in B2B marketing, ideally at a startup between seed and Series B.
- Strong in demand gen — you've built pipeline from scratch, not just maintained it.
- Comfortable across content, events, community, and paid.
- A former manager who now wants to get their hands dirty again is a genuine plus.
- Experience marketing to finance buyers is nice to have, not a blocker.
What good looks like:
- You own a campaign on Monday and it's live by Friday.
- You write the copy, set up the workflow, measure what happened, and iterate.
- You ask for context, not sign-off.
The details:
- Location: London (Embankment, 3+ days/week)
- Salary: Competitive — no ceiling for the right person
- Stage: Seed, recently raised
- Team: 15 people, small sales team in place
