We are working exclusively with a fast-scaling, cloud-native SaaS business transforming how energy retailers operate. They are growing quickly, moving into new international markets, and embedding AI across their platform. We are hiring across 7 product manager roles and are looking for people who are ready to own outcomes, not just manage delivery. All roles are fully remote with occasional travel to UK offices.
The roles:
- Product Manager, API and AI Framework (up to £80k)
- Product Manager, Identity and Access Management (up to £80k)
- Product Manager, Core Data Platform (up to £80k)
- Product Manager, Contracting (up to £80k)
- Product Manager, Payments and Refunds (up to £80k)
- Senior Product Manager, Billing
- Senior Product Manager, Energy Products and Quoting
Who they are looking for:
These are not roles for delivery-focused PMs or those who have spent their careers primarily on consumer products. The business is a B2B SaaS platform operating in a regulated, technically complex environment. The people who tend to thrive here have a few things in common.
- You have genuine end-to-end product ownership experience. You have set strategy, shaped roadmaps, and been accountable for outcomes rather than just shipping features. You can point to products or platforms you have owned and explain the decisions you made, not just the work you delivered.
- You are comfortable working at the technical layer. You do not need to write code, but you need to hold your own with engineering teams. Experience across API-first products, data platforms, payment systems, identity and access, billing, or CPQ environments is what we are looking for across the different roles. Domain knowledge matters here.
- You have worked in regulated or complex commercial environments. Backgrounds in fintech, SaaS, utilities, insurance, telecoms, or financial services are well suited. Understanding compliance, commercial workflows, and the implications of getting things wrong is important context for this business.
- You have at least 3 to 4 years of hands-on product management experience at PM level, or 6 or more years for the senior roles. Career histories that show progression, tenure, and depth in a domain will stand out. Short stints without clear context, or a background that is primarily project management or business analysis, are less likely to be a fit.
- You are motivated by impact and ownership. This is a company where product managers have a genuine seat at the table and are expected to use it.
What is on offer:
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy or sell 5 extra days
- Vitality Health Insurance including private healthcare, virtual GP, and mental health support
- 50% off gym memberships
- 5% matched pension contribution
- 2 volunteering days per year
- Remote-first working with offices in London and Nottingham
If any of the roles above sound like a fit, or you know someone they might suit, drop me a message. Happy to share full details in confidence.
