In this client-facing role, you will lead end-to-end implementations from sales handover through to live deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client objectives. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you will translate business requirements into effective technical configurations and drive adoption through training and on-site engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead client onboarding and mobilisation, ensuring smooth and high-quality implementations
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Conduct site visits and requirements gathering, translating needs into structured documentation
- Configure the platform to meet client specifications while ensuring ease of use
- Deliver engaging training sessions (remote and on-site) to drive user adoption
- Manage project governance, including reporting, documentation, and progress tracking
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handovers and long-term client success
- 3+ years’ experience in client-facing implementation or onboarding roles, ideally within SaaS/technology
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver training to diverse audiences
- Experience configuring software solutions to meet complex requirements
- Solid project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for client site engagement and work in a hybrid environment
