QA Automation Engineer Location: London Working pattern: Hybrid, 2–3 days per week in office Contract length: Initial 6 months Rate: Competitive day rate, inside IR35 We’re supporting a financial services organisation undergoing major platform modernisation and are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a team building a new core ledger and billing platform . This is a hands-on automation role suited to someone who enjoys testing complex, business-critical systems where correctness matters. The role spans backend services, APIs, event flows, and frontend applications, with a strong focus on automation, regression coverage, and quality engineering best practic e. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in fast-moving engineering teams, working closely with developers and product stakeholders, and building high-value automation that keeps pace with modern delive ry.
